Reservation Policy

• Minimum age for making a booking at Methoni Beach Hotel residence: 18 years old. On arrival, you will be asked to identify yourself, showing a valid passport or an identity card.
• Minimum stay: 4 nights (this applies only during our high season, for the months July and August.
• Maximum occupancy for the residence: 4 guests.
• Check in time: 15.00 (earlier check in only upon availability)
• Check out time: 11.00 (luggage storage is available complimentary and late checkout also upon availability).
   
• Family Bookings
  ✔Children over the age of 12 years old are charged as adults.
• Smoke-free policy: Methoni Beach Hotel, is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only allowed outside.
• Pets are allowed.
• All guests agree to always respect the privacy and tranquility of neighbors. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with immediate effect if guests fail to comply with this agreement or disturb neighbors.

Deposit & Payment of Balance

• All reservations require a deposit equal to 30% of the total accommodation cost, at the time of booking. Written confirmation will be provided once deposit has been received.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer within 7 working days of making the reservation.
• If you do not pay the balance of your accommodation cost on the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to levy a cancellation charge in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. 
• All rates are quoted in Euro per night and include all taxes, expect the climate tax (1,50€ per night).
  
  Cancellation policy
• Should you wish to cancel your booking, please email us. Verbal cancellation are not accepted.
• Written notice of cancellation given:
  
  ✔Free cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival.
  ✔Within 60 days from the day of arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
  ✔In case of cancellation of nights during the stay the customer is charged 100% of the remaining nights.
  
  Damages – Deposit for guarantee
• For any damage caused during the stay by the main guest or his / her fellow guest, i.e. breaks, stains, damage to objects, furniture, appliances, fixtures / fittings and loss of keys, visitors are charged with the relevant cost of the damage.

Lost property 

• If the keys of Methwni Beach Hotel residence are lost, an amount of 35 euros per key will be charged.
   

• Any lost property, if discovered and found, left by guests during a stay will be kept for a period of 1 month. 
• We accept no responsibility for replacing lost items. We offer to send any lost items via (registered) delivery at the expense of the guest.

Liability 

• The use of the residence and amenities are offered on the condition that guests safely use them. 
• Methwni Beach Hotel does not accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness, death, loss or damage to Tenant’s, users or visitors’ property and belongings however caused. 

WiFi policy 

• Guests accept that the Internet access is used fairly and appropriately. 
• The Internet access provided is for typical use, such as Internet access, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming.
  

Cleaning

• Change of towels and linen every 4 days.
• Any additional cleaning will be charged at 10 euros per hour.
• As a tenant, you are responsible for keeping the residence in good condition, during your stay. 

Parking

Parking space just outside from the residence.

Jurisdiction

The validity, construction and performance of the present Terms & Conditions, shall be governed by Greek law and any matters arising from the present Terms & Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
